How to translate a weather file from Energy Plus (.epw) to Doe2/Equest (.bin)

Note: This information was relevant to late 2007, updates may have been made within the latest Equest sofware since then.

go to http://doe2.com/index_Wth.html#eQ_WthProc and follow instructions -There are special instructions regarding changing the format of the unzipped file after you drop it into the weather file folder of Equest.
Change the last two file names from equest 3-5 to equest 3-61 in the file folder section within the eQ_WthProc configuration settings of the epw folder of your program files.
To check on weather reference in a project: open normal project icon, only use notpad, should be on first page, tmy2 data link.
